Hello managers! As you know, the Saberr platform is designed to help you get the best from your team. Let’s take a look at how 1-1’s can help.

1-1’s are designed to make it

easy for you to know what’s going on in your team. To make sure your direct reports are on top of their work AND to look out for their wellbeing.

If you’re managing a team of people who are themselves managers, 1-1’s are a great way to make sure everyone in your department is operating to the same standards, has the same support and receives the same communications.

‍Let’s take a look. Because the Saberr platform connects to my calendar it knows when my next 1-1 is due and sends me a notification to add to the agenda the day before the meeting. I can choose to get these notifications in slack, Microsoft Teams or by email. I can even add to the agenda without leaving Slack or Teams.


Having both parties contribute to the agenda makes 1-1’s more structured, more effective and more time efficient. 

As I type agenda points into the meeting - Saberr’s machine learning picks up on certain topics and gives me contextually relevant learning content right inside my agenda. So if I’m about to give some tough feedback - I can brush up on my feedback skills right before the call. Or learn a new technique for setting goals.

If I’m not sure how to use the time I can get suggested talking points or even use a template, in this case let’s say ‘check in on priorities and blockers’.

Once in the meeting there’s a place for me to take notes or actions - either shared or private. And when we’re done we’ll both get sent a summary of what was discussed. 

I’ve even got a complete history of past one-to-ones - making it super easy when it comes to doing annual reviews!

The whole point of our 1-1’s feature is to take the time & stress out of knowing what’s going on with everyone in your team, keeping them on track and feeling good.
